Quant engineering platform
KDB TCA Workbench
A production-style kdb+/q workbench: a simulated five-component tick plant, TCA analytics, a Monaco-powered q Lab, a RAG knowledge engine over 646+ KX documentation chunks, a benchmark suite and a 120-question capital-markets interview simulator.
Overview
The KDB TCA Workbench is a hands-on quant engineering platform. It simulates a complete tick plant — feedhandler → tickerplant → RDB → HDB → gateway — and layers transaction-cost-analysis on top: VWAP, TWAP, implementation shortfall, slippage and basis-point cost.
A Monaco-powered q Lab lets you write and run q in the browser, a RAG knowledge engine answers questions over 646+ KX documentation chunks, and a 120-question interview simulator turns the whole thing into a learning environment.
